Cancellation Policy :
In the event you wish to cancel your delegate place, you must contact Futuresource Consulting via email prior to the conference. All contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. If you decide to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:
1.
Up to four weeks before the event: 50% of the fee will be refunded
2.
Up to two weeks before the event: 25% of the fee will be refunded
3.
No refunds will be issued in the two weeks leading up to the event
Futuresource may (at its sole discretion) change the speakers, venue location, date and event programme if deemed necessary at any time.
